Sub Station II Store Manager
The restaurant is yours to lead. You will be in charge of the overall direction of the store, from daily operations and training, to setting the tone and culture. It is challenging, but very rewarding. Each day will be different, but the basic function is developing and training the team to serve each and every guest with a consistent and great experience. This role is very hands on, you will engage with customers with the rest of the team and often break away to monitor inventory, handle issues as they arise, and much more!
Experience: 2-3 years of experience leading others in a restaurant, retail, or fast food setting. Experience with monitoring P&L a plus. When submitting a resume, tell us about a time you lead a team to success.
